Google Thinks Linux Predates Alan Turing

According to Google, Linus Torvalds may in fact be among the undead, which would explain why he isn’t intimidated by Microsoft. Using the new experimental timeline features from Google Labs, enter the search Linux view:timeline and you’ll see the rather obviously wrong, but humorous timeline pictured above.

Presumably the erroneous timeline has to do with page date errors, but it aptly illustrates why the timeline feature is still in the Google Labs and carries the “experimental” tag.
