  • Facebook and Yahoo are reportedly in acquisition talks. The price is somewhere around $1 billion, a figure much lower than the price of $2 billion that was previously reported by various media sources. [The Wall Street Journal, paid subscription, via Read/Write Web]
  • Online indie music distributor IODA is buying Uploader, which will act as the company's European headquarters for distribution. [via GigaOM]
