well this is pc only so turn on your pc go to start>all programs>accessories>notepad type in <HTML> <HEAD><TITLE>(TITLE HERE)</TITLE></HEAD> <BODY>(CONTENTS HERE)</BODY> </HTML> SAVE IT AS (NAME HERE).HTML ALL NAMES MUST HAVE .HTML AT THE END.WHEN YOU GO TO THE FILE IT WILL BE A INTERNET FILE JUST DOUBLE CLICK TO VIEW PRESS CTRL+S THEN REFRESH YOUR BROWSER.TO EDIT RIGHT CLICK>OPEN WITH>NOTEPAD>
