What you'll need
This tutorial is designed for Linux. I will update it later with some Windows and Mac tips.
You will need:
- A SSH client: Most Linux/UNIX installations include a SSH client. If not, you can download the SSH tools from the OpenSSH project at [1].
- Java Runtime Environment: EC2 client command line tools require Java 5 or later. You can get either the JDK (Java Development Kit) or the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) from [2].
