Is Rewardia Legit Or A Scam? – My Honest Review
Rewardia is an Australian-based gpt website that lets you earn money online by completing a variety of tasks. And the platform has since expanded to North America and New Zealand to let even more people begin earning.
Overall, it's a legit platform with numerous ways to earn. But it's important to have realistic earning expectations and to know what the best alternatives are as well.
Our Rewardia review is sharing how this platform works and what you need to know before signing up. Let's get to it!
Quick Summary
- A free survey site available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
- Surveys pay $0.10 to $5+ and use a unique color-coding system
- Offers free gift card rewards at $5 and cash payments at $25
- You can also earn with polls, games, and a referral program
Is Rewardia Legit?
Rewardia is legit and lets its members earn cash and gift cards by completing easy tasks. The company also has a 4.3 star rating on Trustpilot.com with over 600 reviews, making it one of the higher-rated sites in the rewards space.
That said, the company has a 2.5 star rating on Trustpilot Australia. Some negative reviews complain about frequent survey disqualifications, low earning potential, and issues with cashing out.
Overall, Rewardia does pay its members, and there's plenty of payment proof online. I was also able to sign up and begin earning with the site as advertised. But it's not one of the highest-paying survey sites out there. Expect to make a few dollars per hour at most with the platform.
What Is Rewardia & What Does It Offer?
Rewardia is a free rewards platform that lets members earn money online by completing short tasks.
Signing up is free and just requires your name and email address. There's a 100 point welcome bonus. Filling out an introductory survey pays another 240 points. Keep in mind that per Rewardia’s point scheme, this is roughly three nickels (e.g. 340 points is $0.17).
Once you complete your intro survey, you can explore Rewardia's numerous earning options.
Cash surveys are the main way to earn. Your homepage lets you sort available surveys by how much they pay, how long they take, and also by a star-rating.
Rewardia also has a color code system for its surveys. Different colors represent how many points you can get for each survey and also factor in how long surveys take.
For example, maroon surveys seem to be the highest-paying ones. Some pay upwards of 17,000, which is $8.50. However, some of these higher-paying surveys take 160 minutes to complete! At the opposite end of the spectrum, lime surveys can take a few minutes—but pay only a handful few hundred points.
This color system is a bit confusing. But I like that Rewardia outlines how long surveys take and payouts so you can find the sweet spot and answer ones that are worth your time.
Just note that Rewardia doesn't host surveys itself like sites like Branded Surveys or Survey Junkie do. Instead, it redirects you to external sites to complete surveys. You often answer pre-qualifying questions as well and can get screened-out or disqualified from surveys without earning anything.
The frequency of getting screened-out is one of the most common complaints people have. Although I found that some surveys were easy to complete and I don't get disqualified every time.
Other Ways To Earn Points
There are other ways to make money on Rewardia. For example, you can play games, watch videos, and do simple tasks like engaging in a forum discussion. However, the payout for these tasks is extremely low. For some of them, it's just 1 or 2 points…which is a fraction of a penny.
The games and polls aren't too exciting either. For example, you can earn by playing a 10×10 block puzzle game, Pyramid Solitaire, or various cash puzzle games. However, I think you're better off with various real money games out there that focus on gaming and aren't mainly for surveys.
Finally, Rewardia also has a referral program you can use. You earn 10% of referral earnings on surveys and games for life. Basically any time your friend cashes out $100, you will get $10.
Rewardia Bonuses
Rewardia also has bonus tiers—silver, gold, and platinum. The requirements and benefits of these tiers are as follows:
- Silver: Requires earning at least 1,000 points per month. You get a 1% bonus on gift cards valued from $50 to $100.
- Gold: Requires earning 10,000 points each month for 3 months. You get 2% bonuses on gift cards valued at $50 to $100, and 3% on gift cards over $100.
- Platinum: Requires earning 30,000 points per month for 3 months. You get a 3% bonus on gift cards valued at $50 to $100, and a 5% on gift cards over $100.
As you can see, these reward tiers reward more active users with free money. And if you score some high-paying maroon surveys, these tiers are also fairly accessible.
Cashing Out & Rewards
Rewardia lets you redeem cash and free gift cards at different point amounts. You need 10,000 points to redeem a $5 gift card. Cash rewards require 50,000 points to redeem a $25 reward.
Gift card rewards come in increments of $5 and include popular retailers like:
Gift card availability depends on the country you're in. It's also worth noting that Rewardia doesn't use PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or another payment processor. Instead, it deposits cash rewards directly to your bank account.
I like that Rewardia has excellent gift card variety and cash rewards. However, the $25 redemption minimum for bank deposits is very high.
Earning Potential
How much you earn with Rewardia depends on how much time you put in. It's a reputable survey site, and you can find surveys that pay a few dollars upon completion. However, this isn't going to make you rich or let you quit your day job anytime soon.
For most people, earning $5 to $50 a month should be a realistic ballpark. And this assumes you answer at least one survey every day or two.
The referral program and money games are a bit lackluster. So in reality, surveys are really the main option for earning and can pay a few dollars per hour at most.
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- Users can filter surveys by payout and time commitment
- Many available surveys to complete
- You get a small sign up bonus
- Wide variety of gift card rewards plus bank deposits
- Easy sign up process
- Numerous ways to earn
Cons:
- No mobile survey app
- Non-survey offers don't pay well
- High $25 cash out requirement for bank deposits
- Rewardia is only available in a few countries
Other Alternatives To Use
I think Rewardia is a reputable site with plenty of survey offers and its own unique color-rating system. But I also think there are some excellent sites you can mix in as well, including:
- Branded Surveys (my personal favorite)
- Prime Opinion
- Swagbucks
- Five Surveys
- Unlock
- InboxDollars
Shuffling between these sites lets you pick out the highest-paying offers on a given day. And with a bit of effort, I think earning $5 to $10 a day with these sites is quite reasonable.

Is Rewardia A Scam?
Rewardia is not a scam, and the platform is a popular survey site with thousands of members and plenty of payment proof.
However, there's something you should keep in mind. Rewardia aggregates surveys from other third-party sites. This means you're sharing your data and personal information with numerous survey companies, not just Rewardia.
Additionally, some users are frustrated by frequent disqualifications. This is the nature of survey platforms, so you might spend some time working on a survey, only to get disqualified and paid nothing.
Who Can Sign Up?
You can sign up for Rewardia if you're 18 or older and live in the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. If you're under 18, using a teen-friendly survey website is a better choice.
Is There A Mobile App?
Rewardia doesn't have a mobile app. However, its mobile interface on the web version does work, although it's not a seamless experience.
If you want to earn money with your phone, you're better off using apps like Ipsos iSay or AttaPoll in my opinion since they have excellent apps.
Is There Customer Support?
You can contact Rewardia's support team by using the “Contact” link at the bottom of its website. You have to send an email and there's no customer support number to call.
Final Thoughts
Rewardia has gotten some bad reviews in part due to its fairly low payout scheme and frustration with its spotty customer service. However, it also has plenty of positive reviews, happy members, and online payment proof.
At the end of the day, it’s worth checking out if you want to try a new paid survey site. And you can find offers paying $1 to $5+ if you get lucky, which is nice.
Gift card variety is also excellent. Although I'd stick with various PayPal survey sites if you prefer cash payments.
