I downloaded Bingo Cash to test out the app, and it's actually very simple to sign up for and use. In fact, the entire process takes five steps that are pretty straightforward:

Bingo Cash is free to download from the App Store or from Google Play. When you enter the app for the first time, the app assigns you a user name and avatar that you can change later if you like.

I found getting started with Bingo Cash was pretty simple, and it's similar to other apps I've tested like Bingo Smash, Bingo Tour, and Battle Bingo.

Just note that while registration isn't necessary when you sign up, you need to register before withdrawing any winnings. So at some point, you have to enter your email address and create a real account.

2. Play Practice Games

As a new Bingo Cash user, there's a short in-app tutorial that explains how to play the app's slightly different version of Bingo and what different game types there are.

The app also shows you how to play free games and encourages you to play a practice match. These games are a friendly, one-versus-one Bingo game against other players using the app.

It's basically the same as regular Bingo, although you can score power-ups that help accelerate your path to Bingo over your opponent. For example, some power-ups let you daub any number, while others let you pick the upcoming ball so you can call a Bingo much faster.

This is how the company justifies that the app is “skill based,” and the player with the highest score at the end of the game wins. I found the gameplay was pretty fun and is definitely more engaging than traditional Bingo. And learning some Bingo Cash strategy like how to use power-ups is important.

You earn a few free gems for winning free games, but you need thousands of gems to enter paid tournaments, so it takes a long time to earn money with this app unless you compete.

3. Play Cash Tournaments

The next game type you can play on Bingo Cash are cash tournaments. These are head-to-head matches against players that are a similar skill level as you. There's entry fees for these games, and the winner walks away with their entry fee plus a share of the total prize pool.

Some Bingo Cash tournaments have low entry fees, starting at $1 per game. But other contests have larger prize pools with higher entry fees as well.

As you can see in my Bingo Cash app, the largest game has a $30 prize pool and eight players. It costs $5 to enter the game. There are also games for only gems and smaller cash games as well.

The app advertises that you can win hundreds of dollars in tournaments, and some prize pools are certainly large. If you enjoy competitive gaming, this could be a nice way to earn quick money in your spare time.

Just remember: you have to deposit money and pay to enter cash tournaments. So, this isn't the right app if you don't enjoy competitive games.

Bingo Cash lets you earn money with daily check-ins to the app. And you can also earn some free cash by taking advantage of its referral bonus. If you invite your friends to join Bingo Cash, you get $1 for every friend that joins.

This isn't a massive sign up bonus, and you can only invite two other people to join. The daily bonuses also aren't great; you just get gems and maybe a small amount of cash for logging into the app every day.

5. Cash Out

If you decide to wager on a Bingo Cash tournament and end up winning, the money from that tournament deposits in your account. Currently, Bingo Cash lets you cash out for PayPal money or back to the account you used to fund your tournament entry.

There's a $5 minimum withdrawal amount, and there's also a $1 payment processing fee for withdrawals. Payments typically take 14 days for processing and 2 additional days for payout.

You can't redeem your winnings for free gift cards, but free PayPal cash is one of the best reward options for these sorts of apps, so it's nice you can potentially earn real money at least.

Also note that bonus cash you get for depositing a certain amount of money can't be withdrawn. In other words, you can only withdraw tournament winnings with this app.
